Competition Rules

  • Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK.

  • All competitions have not closing date, registration of 500 participants will automatic pause competition and declare the winner regardless of time or day.

  • All competitions are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site, or where competitions are phone based, the standard cost of the phone call or SMS message

  • Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail once they are declared to be the winner of the competition except where competitions are jointly offered with a third party. In this case, winners will be notified once the third party has drawn the winner. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the winner will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify windailyprizes.co.uk of any change in address

  • Prizes may be offered by windailyprizes.co.uk or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other web sites and other advertising media. windailyprizes.co.uk makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, windailyprizes.co.uk will not provide the prize itself

  • Unless otherwise stated, windailyprizes.co.uk reserves the right to substitute a cash amount for the chosen prize or a substantially equivalent value. This is at windailyprizes.co.uk discretion. Otherwise prizes are as stated

  • On registering with windailyprizes.co.uk and when entering any competition, each applicant agrees to receive information containing, but not limited to, market research and advertising from 3rd parties via e-mail, SMS, telephone, postal and other channels that is appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a question or a competition provided by a sponsor of windailyprizes.co.uk, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive marketing and other communication from windailyprizes.co.uk, its customers, sponsors and other organisations that can provide relevant offers. windailyprizes.co.uk will also use your information to facilitate communication between yourself and others

  • Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the web site as title surname area e.g. Mr James from Bournemouth. Winners will be deemed to give windailyprizes.co.uk a perpetual irrevocable license to use their names or images in future promotions

  • Competitions may be subject to additional rules. If so, these additional rules will be listed in the special terms and conditions buttons on the relevant competition entry page.
